Hakutsuru to Exhibit at Foodex Japan 2016
Hakutsuru Sake Brewing Co., Ltd., will exhibit at Foodex Japan 2016, held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba Prefecture between March 8 (Tuesday) and 11 (Friday), 2016. Integrating the “Cool Living” campaign we have been running since last year, the theme of this year’s booth is “Cool Sake / Style”—stay cool, drink cool, be cool. At the booth Hakutsuru will be broadly presenting the appeal and good style offered by sake, including food pairing suggestions for Junmai Dai Ginjo and Dai Ginjo sake, as well as “frozen sake” served at sub-zero temperatures. Details of the event are outlined below.
